, female, I have 2 part-time jobs, I'm looking for a place to move into with a roommate, and the max I will go for rent is $, I'm not a loud person most of the time and I tend to stay in my room and I would only bring over 1 person and that's my 1 best friend but me and her would be out of the house most of the time. I am clean and I clean up after myself. If there is a time I leave a mess behind don't be afraid to tell me so I can fix it up immediately, I'm good at rent on time and if I'm ever late it would only be by a couple of days. I will always make sure to let you know in advance how many days late I will be on rent but I am trustworthy, I do not have any pets nor will I be getting any. I don't have any pet allergies so I don't care if you have pets, but please keep in mind they are your pets not mine so don't expect me to look after them constantly
