Looking for roommate for end of June. I am moving into a new apartment June th and I would like to rent out my extra room. I do have 2 boys who I have split custody with and they live with me on my days off Sunday through Tuesday. I am hoping to find a roommate to help lower rent in my apartment but I would also be interested in finding a live in landlord or other roommate who is renting an extra room in their home themselves with maybe more space than I have that is okay with having my 2 boys around occasionally (rarely). We are very active and hardworking with golf and boxing and other sports etc. we eat really healthy foods and are very clean. I don’t ask for move in fees or extra fees or anything. I am asking less than half base rent. The extra bath would be shared/not connected to the room

I am a single dad with 2 boys. Currently split custody and have my boys every Sunday-Tuesday. Living in a twoo beds twoo bath apartment in Goodyear. Pretty comfortable with my living situation but I would love to find another small family or home owner interested in saving on the high cost of rent together. My boys and I are very well mannered and family oriented. We stay busy with sports and other hobbies. When I don’t have my boys I am working. I work as a special equipment driver at a distribution center in goodyear.
