Close to the I- miles south of Portland easy access to the metro area. Quite neighborhood , Fred Meyer nearby & small shopping center located across the street. It has laundry facilities next to the building , also close to bus stop for SMART ride transportation. There is a lot of trails for biking around town nearby aswell as a park that was recently renovated.
