Our house is a bath located in a beautiful neighborhood of Meridian Ranch.Your bed and bath will be in the basement, ensuring maximum privacy.We have an upgraded REC center with an indoor lazy river, hot tub, sauna, and kids water slide.Our ideal renter is a non-smoker and no drug use.We will ask for $ if there are kids involved. (Can only allow a max of 2 kids)We do not have any pets and so we prefer someone with no pets.
