Hi room available in a beautiful gated community located in Oceanside ca. utilities included. Great area hoping to have pool gatherings and BBQS this summer if we get the time of course. I have a pretty busy schedule. We value Comfortability and privacy it’s really relaxed. I do have an amazing little one he is a really great well behaved kid I am truly blessed . And he is my priority.if you are relaxed independent kid friendly that is looking for a cozy private area to call home? We are looking for you !! We are not looking for a babysitter we are usually out and about and pretty busy. We have an extra room and would love to share our beautiful home . It is expensive but well worth it .
