Bath townhome located in North Redondo Beach including full size kitchen, refrigerator, in-house washer and dryer, dining room, large living room with smart TV, backyard turf area / hangout area w/ at home sauna and patio upstairs with BBQ. We have a maid that comes every other Tuesday to clean the kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, and living room (no additional cost).Currently occupied by Daniel and Nick, two working professionals who enjoy going out with friends, health and wellness, watching sports, bbq’ing, and having an overall good time. Downstairs bathroom is shared with Nick but he’s here about once a week so basically private.
