Hello! 1 Room will be available in my apt starting Apr 1st. I am preferably looking for a female who does not smoke indoors to move in. The room will be on the first floor next to me. We will have a shared hallway to the common space. Your room would have a private bathroom, cabinets, two closet doors, and its own exit. The area is safe and a convinient location with lots of fun places! I am a dancer here for work and my interests are health/fitness, reading, and art. My roommates and I tend to keep to ourselves as we are super busy with work throughout the week. We are not a party apartment, but would go out occasionally with our personal friends.
