Hi, I'm Karl, a traveling Emergency Physician. I work in El Paso, Texas for about weeks each month and spend the rest of my time between Fort Lauderdale, where I manage my business, and Phoenix, Arizona, where my fiancée lives. Because I travel regularly, my time in Fort Lauderdale is limited. I'm quiet, clean, and respectful. I don’t host parties or bring guests—my focus is purely on managing my business in Fort Lauderdale (Total Pediatric Care). I’m looking for a shared space to stay when I’m in Fort Lauderdale. My long-term goal is to relocate toward the West Coast, but for now, I need a reliable place to stay when I'm in town.
