Hello! We are Carlyn and Loraine! We are looking for a third roommate. Our place is newly remodeled with brand new utilities and amazing amenities! Amenities include: bathrooms, garage, plenty of street parking, in unit washer dryer, dishwasher, patio, and a basement with plenty of storage. Bedroom is not furnished, but the rest of the house is! Utilities mentioned are total price, and that amount is divided amongst three people. Rent mentioned is price per person, but may slightly increase upon renewal of the lease. There is one cat in the house, but you will most likely never see her because she likes staying on the third floor. We are also a lgbtq+ friendly space and we were prefer a female, queer, or non-binary roommate! We are looking for a roommate to move in end of May or end of June.
