I’m looking for somebody to take over my lease for my room in aspen heights. You get your own bathroom and shower and the living/kitchen area is shared. It also comes with an in unit washer and dryer and many other amenities like a hour gym, pool, tanning bed, etc. You can also pay extra for parking or use the free lot for aspen residents.
