I have 2 rooms in a townhouse near by PV , the rooms are upstairs , there is 2 bath with showers and one with a toilet the laundry is in the bathroom it is a gated community with Pools and Jacuzzi and recreation area. Ok pets . Must be small . sure leasing for 1 year contract. . Downstairs is another bathroom and kitchen and common area. The rooms can come with a bed and a tv and dresser. If need but deposit will be required
