The room available for rent is the Master Bedroom with private bathroom, and walk in closet. You’ll also have access to kitchen, laundry room, garage, patio, and living room. My brother ( years old, single) lives in the spare room, and utilizes the other bathroom. The house is furnished except for the master bedroom. So the kitchen is fully furnished, living room, patio, and laundry room. If items are needed for master bedroom let me know and we can possibly work something out.
