Young female college student studying music. Home for the summer. Looking to rent with other female roommates (or co-ed) in manhattan (or minutes from manhattan) this summer. June through August. Quiet, clean and responsible. Occasional late night gigs, recordings and rehearsals. Would like to occasionally explore NYC but otherwise a homebody. Room for my keyboard (with my headphones) needed to practice so should be spacious. Don’t mind me singing softly either occasionally to practice. This is just temporary for the summer so I can work in the city with my manager. I also work at a restaurant part time.
