The unit has a recently renovated kitchen with new appliances, a living room with vaulted ceilings, a screened in back porch, and a washer/dryer. The community provides parking, a pool, and a mail services. It is a 5-minute drive from FSU and TSC and is connected to the bus line that services transportation to FSU, TSC and FAMU.
