Hiii we renovated our garage into a full functioning studio/room with its own kitchen and bathroom. We have a big backyard and pool. We are a family of 4 with a shih tzu. I'm asking for a security deposit of $.And the first month rent for the move in date whenever you want to start which is also $. The rent does include all utilities gas/ electic ac/water, access to our pool and internet, and our laundry! Any pets are allowed with no extra fee.
