Baths - ApartmentSubletting a room in a 3 bedroom duplex in East Harlem Hi everyone! We are looking for someone for a 7 month commitment starting May until end of November . We have a duplex apartment. There are two bathrooms a washer dryer in unit and a dishwasher. Also there is a small backyard space . Rent is a month plus utilities. Bedroom is on the first floor and has lots of natural light. We have split units in all the rooms so you can control the temperature. Bedroom can come furnished(for a purchase) or if you have your own furniture we can remove the bed and dresser in there. Has a large closet and overhead storage.
