Hi! I have a sublease available at Carolina Creek first floor bedroom, rent right now is this includes everything except for the electric. That is $ monthly through simpler bills. The move in day would be Aug th; it’s Aug . It is the most high level renovation of the thre they have. If you sign a sublease you wil get the current rent rate they are running at the timee ( right now it is lower than what I pay)I will cover the Sublease fee; also willing to negotiate potnetionally $ towards your rent monthly starting the second month of the lease for month after lease starts if needed , please message me if interested. Unit has no pets and 1 great roomie. I’m only moving because I’m pregnant.
