Long-term lease (twelve+ mo’s) preferred.Ideally Central, Southern, Western areas. I can afford up to $ a month for rent. I have a full kitchens’ worth of kitchen dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc. I can bring or sell if we decide a different route on filling the common areas.
