I am new to renting with others. I have been a homeowner for plus years so this is a new experience for me. I have my creature comforts like needing privacy & ideally my own bathroom. I need flexibility to move out in case my other roommates are incompatible. I am quiet and don't have guests. I am a engineering project manager and coordinator.. I am also an ex landlord..i know how to fix & repair.
I am open to women, men, transgendered or non-binary. I am Catholic but I do not push my religion, I practice in privacy. I absolutely respect others time, peace, and privacy. I mind my business & keep to myself.
