The monthly rent is $ and the room is available on April 5.Prefer female roommates purely because they are clean and self aware and have had lots of bad luck with males. But, will definitley offer a room to the right male. I work any hours i really want and am extremely chill, not looking to have people over constantly. The bedroom is obviously just a storage room currently. Brand new carpet and extremely clean. Will allow pets for the right situation.I mind my own business and basically work constantly and keep to myself. Spare bedroom has walk in closet, personal bathroom and large bedroom. The apartment is a little over square feet. It is the biggest apartment in the complex. Need the room filled immediately or i will probably downsize to a 1 BR in the same complex. There is a private pool and gym.
