I'm looking for a mature female to rent a furnished room in my apartment. Rent includes furnished room, electricity, water, sewer, garbage and internet. Looking for someone with similar qualities: easy-going, respectful, quiet, non-smoker, non-drinker. Can't have any pets because I already have the maximum allowed.
