Included in rent is use of washer and dryer, electric, water, and internet. Neighborhood is Winter Park Estates and close to Full Sail, Rollins College, Park Ave shopping and easy access to highways. Must be pet friendly but not have a pet of your own. I have a dog and cat already. Must be respectful and clean. Room furnished with dresser and TV, can provide bed for a fee if needed.
