I’m extremely neat and tidy the common areas are alreadye furnished and decorated as I’ve been here for years… I’m a yo gay male professional but I do smoke marijuana in the house so you would have to be cool with that or just join me lol I don’t have any pets unfortunately my cat died last year. I work in property management but just recently transitioned out of the food and beverage industry former bartender/server I love music and now retired professional dancer so don’t be surprised if you catch a few moves while I’m cleaning. Just be cool clean and respectful and we’ll get along just fine.
