I have a three-level townhome in a convenient location in Raleigh (). Available bedroom is on the top floor. It is a spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower & soaking tub) and walk-in). Roommate has the choice to have the room furnished or bring your own.Other rooms on the same floor is a shared office, a guest room & another full bath. Both of those will be furnished. Washer & Dryer are also located on the top floor.Large common living areas (eat-in kitchen, dining, living room & bath) are on the middle/ground floor. An outdoor patio is accessible through the large kitchen.The basement suite is occupied by my friend.
