I have grown kids. I work hard and enjoy my private time. Peace is key. This is a 3 bedroom townhouse with front yard, backyard, and parking in Marietta, Ga. There are 2 cats in the house. There is a room available to rent and a shared bathroom with one other person. Living room, dining room and kitchen are shared space. There is a washer and dryer available for use.
