I am looking for a roommate who is the same to rent a spacious private room in my condo. The room comes with exclusive use of the bathroom across the hall. There is central heating and air and most utilities are covered with electricity being split. Please no couples and 1 small pet will be considered upon approval. There is street parking available and it is centrally located next the the freeways as well as public transportation within block of the location.
