Hello All! I am looking for someone (or multiple people) to take over my lease. (Its at the University Riverside Gardens) It is VERY close to UCR and can easily walk to campus if need be. The Unit is 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom so either it can be one person to take the whole space or possibly two who would like to split. The rooms are nice and spacious along with a cute patio. There is a pool that is always clean and washer/dryer units on the property. They allow dogs / cats all sorts of animals as well.
