Hello :) I am recently divorced and I am looking for a fresh start in NY from TN, in June. I do have family in NY that I could live with especially since my credit isn’t that great. However, I want to be on my own for a while but still near my family. I am interested in signing a 6 months to a year lease max. I can be social sometimes but most of the time I am quiet.
