Hi! My name is Meagan, I’m a year old nurse looking to rent out the two spare rooms in my house! I work night shift so my schedule is mostly flipped and I sleep during the day. I have one cat right now, her name is Lola and she’s pretty chill, just takes some time to warm up to new people.
I’m pretty laid back and not too picky about anything or super strict about staying tidy, just being mindful of shared spaces. I’m okay with alcohol and smoking, just no smoking inside. I’m okay with most pets, as long as they’re potty trained and if it’s a dog, not one that barks all the time as I do try and sleep during the day.
I currently have a tenant that will be moving out when they’re able to find the right apartment so I’m not sure when the move in date can be, but I’ll update when I know more! I want my home to feel like home to others and to be a safe place to stay so please feel free to reach out to me with any questions!
