Fully furnished house with 3 bed rooms 2 bath. I am the owner and offering 1 bedroom with shared bathroom with me but I live here part time. Utilities are included so this is monthly payment. Very easy to move in and I am very friendly. I also have a master bedroom available for $/month private bathroom. I have had roommates for years and roomed with both males and females of different ages. I look for a good household fit over just filling a spot. I value home cohesiveness, respect and cleanliness.
