I’ve been in my unit for about 6 months now. Rented a unit with a second bedroom for an office/spare bedroom and have not really been using it. Can rent with or without bed, up to you. Corner Unit and bedrooms are on opposite sides of apartment with Bathroom in the middle. Plenty of light in the apartment and balcony. Must be okay with small dog, also LGBT friendly. Open to moving into a Bath which would be around eighteen hundred each in the building.
