Hi, my husband and I are looking to rent out two of our bedroom. One is furnished one is not currently, but can work something out. The room is in Davenport near I-4 and close to Disney. The monthly rent is $ and splitting utilities. We can workout a flat rate for higher if needed as well. Room available as early as April th.
