Just a middle aged guy starting over. Honest, responsible, respectful, no drugs, non smoker, no pets looking for the same. Completely accepting of all immutable characteristics and preferences beyond that. Just be clean and responsible. Someone that is also embracing the frugal minimalist lifestyle would be a plus.
