About me

I am looking for a respectful clean roommate. It’s a bathroom apartment in the heart of the arts district in North Hollywood. Looking to fill the room by April th but May 1st is fine as well. I would be your only roommate. I don’t have a partner or shared room. There’s lot of eateries bars and restaurant gyms and jams walking distance from the apartment. Grocery store is also walking distance. We have a dishwasher in the kitchen. In the building we have onsite laundry room. We have a garage with free tandem parking. Pets are allowed but not preferred. As you can see in the photos there are cats currently living here but they are my roommates so they will no longer be here upon move in. A little bit about me, I am a singer songwriter. I work full time at a grocery store and also as an artist. I do most of my socializing outside of the house. I am rarely host and definitely don’t bring the party home. If you like hosting obviously we can work that out and find a balance. For me I might have a friend or two over every once in a while but for the most part I’m out of the house. I am looking for someone who is similar in that way. I mostly stay to myself and in my room as a roommate. I’m not bothered by much but I definitely like to keep a chill and clean household.
