I am looking for someone to takeover my lease starting May until the next school year !- first photo describes all the things the apartments offer to its residents !- base rent is *cheaper if taking over my lease then getting a new one*- if you were looking to also live with friends 3 other rooms in the apartment are available ! - the room comes fully furnished and the bathroom/closet are conjoined (can provide a picture if wanted!) ( ill leave the bathroom decor in the bathroom including shower curtains, bath mats, trashcan) - very very close to campus about a minute walk to the north side and a 4 minute walk to the south side.
