hi! i’m looking for a studio, B, or a B to potentially share with a roommate. ideally i’d like a lease for at least 6 months with the possibility of extending. i’m fine with furnished or unfurnished and am hoping to move within the next month or 6 weeks. i am basically just looking for anything no more than $ a month with utilities. my only requirement is that the place is pet friendly as i have a small, trained-service Jack Russell Terrier that weighs about lbs. she does not bark and is house trained.
i have recently moved back to Atl after doing my MSc abroad. i’m a GT alumna working off a place on howell mill rd in West Midtown, around hemphill ave, and hoping to find a place walking distance to my work.
