I am yrs old Very chilled and laid back currently residing on the west side of Detroit. I am a part of the LGBTQ community and will only feel comfortable allowing others like that in my space. Due to security reasons. The space I am renting is NOT a private bedroom. Rather it is the living room area which is pretty spacious. No onsite laundry. All utilities included including wi fi/internet. If you are looking for a private bedroom, I would not be able to offer that. 1 bathroom. No private bathroom but you will have unlimited access to it. Preferably no older gentlemen or no one on ANY medications will be considered. I am very cool and stay to myself. I do not do drugs but I am ZA friendly outside of my apartment. I do not allow weed smoking in my apartment. I’m sorry. This space is only for those looking for a place to reside serious inquiries only.
