Hi, my name is Jamie. I am and will be attending Point Blank Music School next week!! So i really need to find something ASAP. I am trying to find a place near that best as possible but am open to things a little further out if necessary. I would like to stay under but am open to viewing all options. I would need the place for a year but am open to shorter term to buy me time to figure out where else to go from there while I attend school. It would need to be furnished. And I do have a small dog I would like to bring with me if possible however if no pets are allowed that is OK, I am still open to options he can’t come if it comes down to it.

I'm attending school in the Miracle Mile District area. I have been staying in an airbnb but was curious if there were other options here. It's sort of a long story but I started classes before figuring out where I'll be living...lol. So. Trying to do this on the fly. At this point I'm just trying to buy time. I'd like to stay within minutes of the school if at all possible. I know sometimes people have rooms they just want to fill and get paid on over not getting paid at all while they find a more long term/permanent renter so if this fits, shoot me a message please!
