The place is clean with nice appliances, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer. The main living room and kitchen are hard floored. There is also a nice Balcony in the unit. The apartment is on the third floor. Overall the room and bathroom are in a clean nice apartment. I live in the other bedroom in the apartment. I have 1 dog and prefer a roommate without any dogs or cats. My dog is extremely friendly with people - but not so good with dogs or cats generally. Her name is Wendy and she is very friendly. A quiet friendly neighborhood generally as well.
