The apartment includes washer/dryer. The location is very close to Walmart and ALDI within min drive. Chick-Fil-A is within walking distance.The room you will have is upstairs. You will have a walk-in closet, spacious bathroom, and bedroom. We will share the living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. There is no furniture in the living room and dining room area. I only have furniture in my bedroom. You are welcome to furnish the rooms as you wish. I usually stay in my bedroom.The full $ includes half the rent, utilites, internet and electricity. That is all you have to pay for each month. I do ask you to pay me 3 days before the first each month so I can make the payment online. I can take checks but I prefer either Venmo or Cash App.
