So you'd pay roughly $ a month or up to (this is with all utilities and fees. I doubt the rent will be increased by this much, but I included the highest amount anyway.

Looking for someone to lease at my current apartment complex. Your rent would be $999 a month (+ utilities and fees it would likely be $1099-$1120 a month). We would be signing two separate leases but share the kitchen and common areas.
