Furnished or unfinished whichever you prefer. ok if you smoke outside, no smoking inside at all. Keep to myself and enjoy peacefulness and tranquility. Belterra has lots of hiking trails, and outside things to do. Minutes within shopping distance and a yoga and Pilates studio within a few minutes and a golds gym. If you like peaceful environment, clean and plenty of outside things to do plmk. Swimming pools, basketball courts and req center lots of bike and walking trails with deers roaming free. Expensive area and very secure. Gated community and security alarm systems inside but no cameras in bathroom or bedrooms. Very clean, organized and peaceful. 2nd level patio backs up to a beautiful pond and natural preserve. Very private. A place you’d be proud to live with a real chill roommate. Reach out!
