Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease for spring of in Charleston Townes as I am going abroad! You get your own bedroom and bathroom. It comes fully furnished and with 2 sets of laundry appliances! You would be living with 3 other girls! They are super nice and involved in Greek life and club lacrosse! Rent is around $ not including utilities. You would also have a parking spot if needed! Charleston also has a pool and a gym free to use! Please let me know if anyone is interested for more info!
