Hi there! My girlfriend and I are looking for a new living situation—ideally a room in a house, a basement, or even some potential roommates to team up with and rent a place together. Our current lease is ending because our landlord is moving back into the home, so we’re looking to move by May st, though we’re open to moving sooner. We’re hoping to stay in the Rockville/North Bethesda area. Our budget is around $. A bit about us: we’re clean, respectful, and value open communication. We currently live in a townhouse and would love something similar. We also come with two very sweet pets—a small hypoallergenic bichon frisé and a chill cat.
