I have 2 cats I don’t mind another animal but has to get along with mine. Roommate is moving out and I need someone else on the lease. Shared living and kitchen. In unit laundry. The apartment is kept clean as I can I work 2 jobs, the room for rent is not the master bedroom. I’m 25 looking to stay at this place for one more year move in would be June 30th or sooner.
