Hello everyone, this is my first time looking for roommates so bear with me. I am in search of 2 roommates to live in a duplex I am renting in Lakewood! It will be available for move in AUGUST 1! The rent is $ each, and the utilities (gas, electric, and wifi) are split. The duplex is extremely spacious with oversized bedrooms! The kitchen, dining room, and living room/sunroom will have little to no furniture since my current roommate is taking a lot of stuff with her. I will need some help refurnishing to make the common areas more comfortable! One of the bedrooms available has a large bay style window (no bench) and lots of natural lighting! The closet is extremely spacious as well. The other bedroom available has a small sunroom connected to it with lots of windows, it also has a very large closet. There is free on street parking! The street is a quiet street connected to a main road. The home is steps away from the bus line and about minutes walking from the CSU bus line. It is within walking distance of a grocery store, cove park, a thrift store, a few bars, and a few gas stations! It is a short drive from Edgewater beach and downtown! I am looking for people close in age to me () who are either working or attending school. I am open to pets! I have two cats and my current roommate (who is moving) has a dog and a cat. My cats are very friendly and get along with others very well.
