Wi-Fi, gas, electric, water, trash, & heat included. Bedroom has a wall closet & a small linen closet has been added. Cabinet/pantry space is available in the kitchen. Extra storage available in shed. House is close to shopping, bus route, the reservoir, and restaurants. There is a large park less than a quarter mile from the house. I have 4 dogs in the home, so no pets please.
