Looking for a room for rent! I am new to the area but already have a stable income and I have great roommate and landlord references! I am open to furnished or unfurnished, I moved here with what could fit in my car so I don’t really have that much, and have absolutely no furniture yet. But I can buy a bed or whatever I need! I should also put I am deathly allergic to cats so I can’t be in a home with them unfortunately.
