About me

Hey my name is Simon (they/he). I am looking for quiet, lgbtq friendly housing that is close to public transit. I am in the process of separating from my spouse. We have agreed to joint custody of our dog, so I need a space that would be suitable and open to him staying as well, up to half the time. I am in my early 's, quiet, clean, responsible, and get along with others easily. I have a very steady job doing drafting work for an engineering company in Federal Way. I like an opportunity to learn new skills and would be happy to help with occasional house projects. My dog is a 3 year old Pomeranian. He adores people, tends to get along with other animals well, too. He's very well cared for and usually pretty easy to train.
