I am in search of a clear, communicative housemate with no additional pets as we are actively trying to clean, and limit the amount of allergens within the house to the best of our future housemates’ ability. We are looking for someone to move in May 1st or ASAP anytime there after. At the time of your move in there would be 4 cats in the space. (I know it is a lot, and not the most ideal situation, we are currently trying to resolve this) but this number will go down to 2 after May . Upon June 1 there will be dog in the home. (July 1 this number will finally be down to one) My cat is a Russian blue and is hypoallergenic and on a hypoallergenic diet as well. The dog is a Dutch shepherd, but goes with his mom almost everywhere and will probably be out of the house most of the time. We are looking for someone who is respectful, communicative, outgoing and willing to sublet for a 6 month period at $/ month with utilities included and no deposit fee. (Month to month) The house is located in a prime location and is a close 3 min walk to the point surf spot in the pleasure point neighborhood of Capitola. The area is a very quite locale and the house is within walking distance to many places.Male, female, or non binary individuals all welcome in the house. A little about myself, I am a recent graduate from UCSC with a major in Anthropology and I am now working full time as the Administrative coordinator for a local homeless services provider. The two other housemates are also in their mid ’s one working as a professional bartender in the Santa Cruz area and the other, my boyfriend, as a behavioral interventionist for children with special needs within the school system. We’re all very outgoing, yet down to earth.
